“Maadaney Gorme” Butcher chain stores, is a family-owned business founded by Aharon Ezer in 1972. The first store was first opened in Ramat Gan’s busy Negba Street under the name “Aharon Ezer and Sons Butcher Shop”.
An old-school butcher, the late Aharon knew his clients on a first-name basis and delivered personalized customer service to each and every one of them. He continued his legacy by teaching his children the tricks of the trade and the love of the craft.
When it came to his butcher shop, Aharon followed three ground rules uncompromising quality, expertise and excellent customer service. Soon enough, these ground rules proved to be the winning recipe, as the quality of the meat and the level of skill, alongside the warm and personal service, attracted many more customers who became loyal and repeat buyers.
Commonly, butcher‘s shops are known to exercise the ancient habit of saving the rich “Hanger Steak” for close associates and family members, however, Aharon was determined to have all his customers enjoy the same prime cuts.
Aharon’s expertise had spread far and wide and “Aharon Ezer and Sons Butcher shop” began to flourish, eventually becoming “Maadaney Gorme” Butcher chain stores with over 100 butcher shops across Israel, including six central “Maadaney Gorme“ branches and dozens more franchise butcher shops in selected food chains such as Yochananof, Machsanei Hashuk supermarkets, Co-op Shop, Adom Yarok supermarkets and grocery stores, Super Super, Markolit and Ha’Sal Sheli.
For us at “MaadaneyGorme“, the quality of our meat is our top priority, therefore we import our meat from Argentina and Europe to provide our customers with a selection of prime beef from breeds such as Angus and Wagyu.
Our expertise and vast experience are reflected in all aspects of the business – from our careful breed and meat selection, to the cutting, cleaning and carving the meat. In addition, we have a variety of products available to our customers and we take pride in developing our own unique line of products.
Our Kosher meat and poultry come from breeders that meet the optimal habitat requirements, including veterinary accompaniment and the Ministry of Health supervision. Each cut is selected carefully and is treated with skill and professionalism in the trusted hands of our butchers.

Our customers enjoy fresh, clean and affordable meat products, which are cut to their specifications, resulting in a delightful cooking experience hamburgers, kebabs, meatballs and sausages made of 100% prime beef and taste like home. The second is all about the ultimate barbeque and includes ready-for-grill meat and a selection of skewers to roast over the flame.
